How to fix on the lineature when offset printing?

Yesterday I received a quote from one client noted that full color printing, 80lb coated paper, emphasizing the quality should be very high, so the lineature should be 300.
How to fix on the Lpi? The higher Lpi, the better quality, right? Now I would like to tell you the information.
Offset printing is the normal printing mode, the feelings which are used to make plate are positive reverse. Fix the lineature depend on mainly two factors: resolution of the printing and printing project. Normally speaking, the highest resolution of the printing machine made in China is 200Lpi, the import machine could reach 300Lpi. For the printing project, if the stock is coated paper or good quality card paper, the lineature could be 175-300Lpi, if the stock is offset/uncoated paper, the lineature could be 120-150Lpi. And if printing newspaper the lineature could be 80-133Lpi.
In all, we adopt 175Lpi for printing. The technology will adjust the lineature if it is necessary and printing the perfect works.
