Step by step paper box production methodology

Different manufacturers would produce the paper boxes using slightly different machines. The end product is the “box” no matter whichever machines are used. The paper required for the paper box is first bought or made by the manufacturer. This paper is used to make the paper box. For some boxes there is need to use corrugated paper. There has to be paper cutting, folding of paper, labeling, and printing on the boxes. The boxes are then to be packed for sending them away from the manufacturing unit. The labels have to be stuck to the paper boxes either manually or automatically. The manual process would be slow, time consuming, and inefficient.
Die cutters can be used to make standard sized boxes. Folder gluers can be used to fold and glue the edges of the box. Tapers might be used. Printing press for printing jobs might also be used. A high speed automatic foil stamper is used to feed foils simultaneously. Timed air blasts are used to separate the foil. Non-stop stream feeder is able to feed paper and board that will be used to make the paper boxes. Digitally programmed foil pullers save foil.
An automatic full sheet laminator is used to laminate the paper if necessary. This is a fast laminator with 8000 sheets per hour output. The laminator is very flexible and mounts the top litho sheets to single face, A-F flutes, and chipboard up to 65”X65”. The laminator comes with quick set up feature. This laminator has automated the process and made the paper box making process very streamlined and fast. These laminators are useful for lamination of corrugated cardboard to paper board and paper board to paper board. They can have feature of automatic feeding of bottom sheet and normal front feeding of top sheet. They come with flexible front gauge positioning and this helps in controlling the lamination precision. Labels are also printed using these laminators. For labeling process a full labeling laminator is used. These are easy to use and they have great ability to control adhesive, and thus help the mass production of paper box process.
Graphics and multi part displays have to be printed on the paper before the folding process starts. High end direct printing equipment can be used to print on paper boxes but the laminators are better as they provide for printing before the paper is shaped to form the paper boxes.
A “paper box angle pasting machine” can be used to produce these boxes. This machine is a single arm pressing device and has a temperature controller with digital display. The vertical and deep angles of the box corners can be adjusted and this is done randomly. Various size paper boxes are made using this machine. There is the feature of turn over box by hand, and this can be used for boxes of various kinds. There is the facility to paste the corners of the box with environment hot melt adhesive tape.
For mass production of paper box one might use high speed max folder gluers. These help increase production, reduce costs, are very dependable, and versatile. These fold and glue straight line, lock bottom machines, are for 4 and 6 corner boxes, and help in the fast production of the paper boxes. Unique air lifters produce as many as 50,000 lock bottom boxes in an hour. They have unlimited feed, very easy, and convenient program servo controlled back folding systems, in order to make 4 or 6 corner boxes.
